Tracy Swanson
Joining Coaching Insurance in 2025 as our P&C Account Manager, Tracy Swanson has over 35 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. Tracy works hard to get our clients the best deals on the market for their property, auto, and business insurance needs. You can rest assured she will have the answers you need in your most stressful times and you will never be on hold with an 800 number. Tracy has expanded her customer service role into an agent position at Coaching Insurance and we look forward to watching her grow!
Tracy is from Chicago and resides in Palatine with her family.

Joining Coaching Insurance in 2023 as our Benefits Account Manager, Malorie has over 10 years of experience in the Insurance industry. Malorie works hard to stay up to date and educated in a continuously changing market and strives to provide the best customer service to our clients.
Malorie raises her family in Bartlett and enjoys organizing her daughters school events.
